Price: 3 (it is competitive with other facilities, though).
Overall, this is the best storage facility I've used.
One of the biggest things that separates this storage facility from other local facilities is Jeanne (the manager).
She's incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. She is definitely on top of her game.
As a manager, you couldn't have a better person running the place.
She is the main reason I continue to stay, even though I could find another place for a bit cheaper.
If you're looking for a good storage facility that is secure, clean, and actually has a great person running the place, I couldn't recommend this one more.“

I needed to rent a storage unit to be able to close an apartment lease. After searching online I decided to call Columbia Self Storage in Middletown. I spoke with Jeannie and she was wonderful to deal with. She explained everything about the process and made it very easy to rent a unit. She clearly explained the insurance requirement and the options I could do. I also have online access to my account. The facility and my individual unit are clean. The unit door is secure and the facility is gated with your own access code. Access to the storage unit is open well into the evening so I could move items after work. I recommend renting from Columbia as I have not had any issues.“

Excellent service, very professional. Jeanne was extremely helpful and compassionate. Jeanne made everything easy to move in and the process very smooth. I was pleased how she took the time to assist me with finding the right fit for the items I was storing.
